HA! Yeah, I think there's truth to that as well! How can he face the soldiers with a stright face after these comments? Well, I guess he can face anyone. Thats called "profound indifference".
Running low on body parts is always devastating to troop morale. I'm glad they're taking care of it.
Yeah no joke PT. Would hate to see troop moral drop because of too many missing arms and what not.

i think he meant "prosthetics", but that's a big word.
