Stay the Course

Olbermann: How many times did he say, "Stay the Course" Tony?

It's not like he said it 30 times.

The real problem with "staying the course" is that it exacts a very horrific toll....

Sadly, this number has increased since I posted this freewayblog in Pacifica earlier today, and no end to it in sight. Thanks to AntiWar.com for the data.

Love the freeway bloggers! I put up some of those around our town in 04, wonder if maybe I should do some more this year. Good work, PT!!

I was thinking a good one might be "What's the Mission?"

I think you should definitely do some more this year. "What's the Mission?" is a good one. We're currently on a "Live Free or Die" campaign but I made this one today to reflect on the Stay the Course bullshit. That's the nice thing about freewayblogging... in a matter of hours you can have several thousand people reading your comment on the news item of the day.

You need one of those signs like they have at the gas stations that tell the price. The kind that is easy to change the numbers.

The number of dead rises so quickly that a banner becomes out dated much to fast.

It's just so freakin' sad.

I like that one PT. Maybe the new message should be:

Vote Republican if you want your kid to die!

Or:

Vote Republican if you hate your kid!
