Bushism of the Week

"I'm the decider, and I decide what is best. And what's best is for Don Rumsfeld to remain as the Secretary of Defense."

Yeah. The decider. I have some better names for him though. Nice to see you at Blue Republic! Welcome! I've seen you around lefty blogarama before, but now I've hunted down your digs. If you feel so inclined, add your link over there.

I think Bush must now show his contempt and indifference regarding "input" by continuing to do what he has been doing. Not giving a damn.

Thanks EB! Yes, I really enjoyed checking out The Blue Republic.

If Bush lets Rumsfeld go now, then he's admitting that he was wrong for appointing him in the first place and we all know that feeble underdeveloped brain of his just can't handle admitting any wrongdoing.

Nice here, pt

As tpm would say....
BushCo = Hubris!
Such people are not capable of inner reflection and re-evaluation. No amount of evidence can cause it. We'll get none of that from any of them.
Our only full satisfaction would be to see them tried at The Hague and removed from free society.
But I'll settle for seeing their power dimmed by the mid-terms and finally be done with the lot in 2008.
Speaking of elections, who appeals to you for Prez & VP?

In reply to MIRTH I think the democrats should try to win the house and senate and let the repb have the white house.Lets see if they can clean up their mess without a majority in either house.
