Thanks for the kind words, PT. And thanks for the crash course on freeway blogging. What I like about it is there is very little that authorities can do about it, it's cheap, and it reaches thousands of people. Great! Keep up the good work.
At least Olbermann is someone in the media who is doing the job. I can't disagree with anything he says, and if wingnuts were to listen, I don't think they would be able to mount any reason-based arguments against what Olbermann says here. He is right, if Cheney and Dumbya have even the slightest amount of patriotism in them, they will resign, for the good of America.
The problem is, they are not in office for the good of America. If they have dumped reason in exchange for an endless pursuit of wealth and power, there is no way they would ever resign.
We need more people in the media like Olbermann, who are willing to stand up and tell it like it is. The media needs to be a watchdog, not a lapdog.
